下記の日時で電気炉の利用を停止いたします。停止期間：8月2日(火)8:00~19:00

メンテナンスに伴うクリーンルーム利用停止のお知らせ(8/26-9/6)
- 8月27日(土)と28日(日)は、城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
それに伴い、クリーンルームの設備メンテナンスが入ります。
つきましては光創起棟CRは以下の日程で出入禁止となります。・26日12時~ ：クリーンルーム装置利用停止
・27日28日 ：停電日
・29日~30日 ：空調保守点検
・31日~9月2日 ：冷却水設備点検
・31日~9月2日 ：特殊ガス供給設備点検・エアーコンプレッサ保守点検
・9月6日12時 ：クリーンルーム装置利用再開各装置の利用再開は9月6日（火）12時以降を予定しています。
ただし、描画装置は立ち上げ操作に数日必要なため9月7日(水)以降に再開する予定です。

However, since the EB Lithography System requires several days for the startup operation, it is scheduled to resume the September 7.

7/4(月)以降に内部機器の洗浄を予定しております。
装置が復旧次第利用再開する見込みです。7/12(火)追記：内部真空度が安定しないため利用停止期間を延長します。
利用再開の際には再度ご連絡いたします。停止期間：6/30(木)-7/14(木)予定
7/15(金)追記：改善が見られないため停止期間を未定とさせていただきます。
