    8月9日(水)17:30～8月17日(木)7:00まで
    夏季長期休業に合わせてキャンパス内の建物が閉鎖されます。
    それに伴い、下記の日程で光創起棟クリーンルームの利用を停止いたします。

    停止期間：8月9日(水)16:30~8月17日(木)8:00

  • Wednesday, August 9, 5:30 p.m. to Thursday, August 17, 7:00 a.m.
    Campus buildings will be closed for the summer long holiday.
    Accordingly, the use of the clean room will be suspended during the following period.

    Suspension period: August 9 (Wed.) 17:30~August 17 (Thu.) 7:00

    薬品等安全講習(教員向け)を実施するため、
    下記の日程で酸、アルカリドラフトの利用を停止させていただきます。

    ・7月24日 (月)　14：30 ~ 15：30
    ・7月25日 (火)　13：00 ~ 14：00　
    ・7月28日 (金)　10：30 ~ 11：30

  • Stop using　Fume Hood(Acid,Alkali)

    To conduct chemical and other safety training,
    The use of acid and alkali drafts will be suspended on the following days.

    ・July 24 (Monday) 14:30 ~ 15:30
    ・July 25,(Tuesday) 13:00 ~ 14:00　
    ・July 28 (Friday) 10:30 ~ 11:30

クリーンルーム利用再開日程変更のお知らせ

  • 用力設備定期点検が当初の予定よりも早く終了したことに伴い、
    クリーンルーム装置の利用再開日程を下記に変更いたします。

    ・クリーンルーム利用再開
    　7月3日(月)8時～

    ・電子線描画装置
    　7月4日(火)12時～

    ・ECRスパッタ装置、電子ビーム蒸着装置
    　7月3日(月)装置立上げ予定

  • The periodic inspection of the power equipment has been completed earlier than originally scheduled,
    The schedule for the resumption of clean room equipment use has been changed as follows.

    Resumption of clean room equipment use
    　Monday, July 3, from 8:00 a.m.

    Reopening of the lithography equipment
    　Tuesday, July 4, from 12:00 p.m.

    ECR sputtering equipment and electron beam deposition equipment
    　Equipment start-up scheduled for July 3 (Mon.)

    走査電子顕微鏡(JSM-7600F)整備作業のため、
    下記の日程で利用を停止いたします。

    停止期間：7/3(月)-7/6(木)

    7/7追記：整備作業中のトラブルのため、
    　　　停止期間を-7/7(金)まで延長いたします。

    Due to maintenance work on the scanning electron microscope (JSM-7600F),
